The bill (Reg. No.6498) excludes the norm from clause 13 of the effective Law "On Children Recreation", pursuant to which the stay of parents, other legal representatives, or social workers with children in need of special recreation conditions in specialized recreation establishments is covered by the individuals mentioned.
The attention of the participants was focused on the conclusions of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, pursuant to which, UAH 450 million from the State Budget of Ukraine should be allocated annually to support implementation of this provision. However, the Committee members stated that adjusting the bill for the second reading, they would develop an effective implementation mechanism of this provision to support recreation of the children who are not able to stay in the recreation establishments without an accompanying person.
